Make your own B1Zcotti

150g whole-wheat flour
150g porridge oats
2tsp baking powder
2tbsp brewer's yeast
2 eggs
2tbsp honey
100ml goat's milk

Simply combine all the ingredients and knead. Leave in the fridge for 20 mins to firm up. Roll to 1cm thickness and cut into small shapes. Bake at 200oC (gas 6) for 15-20 mins. Turn off oven and leave in oven for approx 2 hours.

Ramble Snacks

Great energy snacks for when out walking

350g whole-wheat flour
100ml goat's milk
1 egg
1 pureed banana
1tbsp honey
2tbsp fresh Rosemary
1 tsp Milk Thistle

Combine all ingredients and leave in fridge for 20 mins to firm up. Roll to 1cm thickness and cut into small shapes. Bake at 170oC (gas 3) for 30 mins. Remove and leave to cool.
